6th Grade “Rock the Test” Rally

During the month of April, the students at the Middle School took the PARCC Assessments. The 6th grade teachers planned a rally to motivate the students to do their best on the test.

Students competed in a rally to see who could make the most noise, the teachers performed a skit, and a student created video was shown. 6th grade teams competed against one another and wore team colors to show spirit. Students brought air horns, train horns, band instruments, and even invited the police and fire department to help make noise. The orange team which was Mrs. Martinez and Mrs. Roger's classes won the trophy again this year for having the most team spirit!

A great big thank you the Poplarville Fire Department and the Poplarville Police Department for helping us show our spirit. Congratulations to Mrs. Rogers and Miss Martinez classes for winning the spirit contest.
