Poplarville High School Culinary Arts Program is planning to host an Adult Culinary Arts Class in April on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Anyone interested in learning time saving techniques, Chef Secrets, and how to prepare “Healthy quick homemade meals for your family” Should contact Mrs. Susan Alexander for details. The classes are set to start the week of April 12th through the 28th of April. The cost of the class is $ 25.00 per person for all 6 sessions. This will cover cost of supplies and allow the opportunity to sample all recipes demonstrated.
